How long does it take to appoint a process agent?
Our standard turnaround times are 24-48 hours from receiving your enquiry.
We will issue the Appointment Confirmation Letter once we have received a completed and signed application form with proof of payment.
If you have an urgent need for a UK process agent appointment we can provide a same day service. There is no additional charge.
What if we receive a legal notice?
We will contact you as your appointed UK legal process agent as soon as the notice is received. The notice is then scanned and emailed to you and original documents are sent on to the required recipient by Royal Mail or courier. We provide a bespoke service under each of our client's UK process agent appointment.
When do we make payment?
Once ULPAL have received a completed Appointment Application Form we will issue an invoice to the Appointor based on our quotation. your UK legal process agent will issue an Appointment Confirmation Letter when proof of payment has been received.
Will we be charged VAT?
Outside of the EU, VAT does not apply.
VAT is chargeable for any UK Legal Process Agent appointment or UK process agent appointment where the parties are based in the EU.
Do you offer discounted rates?
ULPAL's fees are set to be highly competitive against those charged by other legal process agents in the UK.
We do offer a percentage discount on standard rates for clients who appoint us on a regular basis, depending on the number of appointments.
