How long does it take to appoint a process agent?
You can appoint us as your UK process agent on the same day you make an enquiry for our legal notice service. Once we receive a completed and signed application form along with proof of payment, we will issue the process agent appointment confirmation letter. If you have an urgent requirement for a UK process agent appointment, we can provide a same day service at no additional charge.
What if we receive a legal notice?
